Description

They say “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. And very rightly so.

According to me if you haven’t spent at least 1-3 months in planning (depending on the size of your vision) you are not ready to start. I have often seen Entrepreneurs jump into product creation. The first thing they do when they have a Startup Idea is create a website. Hold your horses.

Documentation is boring, I agree. But till everything that you have thought in your mind is not in front of you in black and white you will not be able to convert your dream into reality. You  have to have the core fundamentals of your Startup documented so that you clearly know where you stand apart from the competition and why your customer should buy from you and not someone else.

Think, plan and then act. That is the right way to go.

Your value proposition or USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is that feature of your product which distinguishes your product in a beneficial way from those of competitors
