This has been my full-time business for the last 6 years.  And, I’ve done this type of investment and repair work most of my life.  I started this business with no money and very little collateral- $5000 equity on my own home.  For the most part, I’ve done this as a solo project.  I’ve become intimately familiar with plumbing, roofing, and electrical repairs!  I’ve heard my fair share of praise and complaints.  And, I’ve had well over 50 units at a given time.  I know what works and what doesn’t.  At this time I know what exactly what it takes to bring in a full-time income while doing very part-time work!
