Description

Over the last decade, there have numerous scientific studies enumerating the benefits associated with a regular meditation practice. One benefit is that meditation can stimulate the immune system. In this course, Guided Meditation to Boost the Immune System, we’ll be entering deep states of relaxation to stimulate your immune system by connecting to the Field of Universal Intelligence, Collective Consciousness, the Life Force, etc.

This is an experiential course. Through course lectures, you will come away with a clear understanding of the basic principles of stimulating your immune system, using different meditation techniques. The meditative exercises will take you into the deeper parts of your being. There, you’ll learn how your internal process works in regard to physical well-being and connecting to the higher aspects of yourself.

Course material will be presented through video lectures, homework, contemplations, and guided meditations. You will come away feeling better with a profound sense of inner awareness of expanded consciousness.
