Learn a five-step process to keep your breakup from breaking you!
Description
Breakups are something that happens in any relationship. Be it platonic, romantic or even professional.
What do you do when the relationship you’ve spent weeks, months or even years in comes to an end?
Most don’t have a clue. They try to deal with the situation only to find themselves in a vicious cycle of breaking up and trying again…and again…and again, because you’re a nice person and you don’t want to kick anyone out your life.
I get it…but this shouldn’t be the case.
Don’t let this be you…or anyone you know.
And it won’t be you! Because we’re going to talk about the breakup. How to do it, what to do with it, and what to do if it happens to you.
Tired of the cycle?
Ready to get over he or she and move on?
You’re totally in the right place.
Course Description:
Our five step process, very un-creatively called D-Method (guess what the steps start with) are just what you need to keep your breakup from breaking you.
Who is it for?
This course is freshly for individuals who have struggled with breakups in the past. And the reason why they struggle is because a pattern of reconciliation has been established even though the relationships may not be healthy, reciprocal or to your advantage.
Most people are afraid to break up. But sometimes a breakup is necessary.
Learning how to break up or to end relationships in a way that is healthy for both parties is the goal of this course… especially if you have to co-parent or continue to be in each other’s lives for any reason.
The instructor:
This course is taught by award-winning marketer, multicertified empowerment coach and certified relationship coach Stephanie D. McKenzie. When it comes to relationships, Stephanie believes that our connections should empower us. And sometimes when a connection becomes disempowering there is an opportunity to use a breakup as a tool for resetting the relationship or for deciding to move on.
It’s been said that breaking up is hard to do, but hopefully once you take this course it won’t be.
