This is the Practitioner Level of the AI Governance Practitioner Certification (AGPC™) programme. It is not a theory course. Each module places you inside a composite governance situation drawn from real failure patterns across financial services, healthcare, insurance, and professional services. You will see the method applied step by step. You will see exactly where the evidence falls short. Then you will be tested on whether you can spot the same gaps in a situation you have not seen before.

What you will be able to do after this course:

Build a governance evidence pack for any AI system that meets Annex IV standards. Construct an audit trail that survives independent regulatory scrutiny. Apply the HEARTS diagnostic model to produce a structured governance assessment. Apply HALT, TRUST, and AIRE in sequence to assess pre-deployment conditions, operational evidence, and continuous governance cycles. Prepare an organisation for a formal regulatory notification. Assess an organisation's AI governance maturity and design the transition from compliance readiness to governance maturity.

The course includes the AGPC™ Practitioner Level Study Guide as a downloadable resource. The Study Guide is the primary learning resource. The videos orient you to each module. The guide is where the real work happens.

This course also includes the Practitioner level Role Play. In Module 6 you will take on the role of a Group AI Governance Director presenting your governance maturity findings to a Group CEO. She will push back. You will need to hold your position.

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence in assisting the good quality audio production but my voice is real.
